August 14, 1935 Miss Elizabeth Candy Secretary, Local Committee Red Cross Nursing Service Indiana University Hospitals Indianapolis, Indiana My dear Miss Candye Through error, we recently transferred to your Committee the No. 2 card of Mrs. Alma H. Scott, No. 17806. This transfer was made automatically in view of the fact that Mrs. Scott had given but one address in her 1935 questionnaire, namely,-309 West Clinton St., Frankfort, Indiana. Mrs. Scott is, however, still indefinitely located in New York City and we will, therefore, ask you to be good enough to return her No. 2 card to this office so it may be refiled with our Manhattan Local Committee.
