Dear Miss Noyes:
I have just told Edna L. Shane to re-
port to this office September 5th for sailing at
the request of Washington. There has been some
oversight - Miss Shane was booked to sail June 5th.
I know nothing about her equipment and
suppose you will communicate with her about it.
Her passport has been awaiting her here
in this office since June 22nd, and we should be
able to get her off a few days after September 5th.
