ceipt of my telegram regarding Miss Henrietta Anderson Shipley.
Miss Shipley was recently enrolled, badge #21789. Her present
address is: c/o Mrs. Thomas W. Douglas Strattroy, Ontario, Canada. She
has been in service at San Antonio, Texas, and is, I feel, very desirable
for service in your Foreign Unit. Her loyalty investigation has already
been started.
