Do we not agree to pay the passage of our
peruonnel to their homes?
I note that Miss Smith is still in Naw York. The
question of payment of passage would hinge largely upon the
time of her return to hor home, would'it not, i.c. if she
stits her own convonience and does not return to before
July or August, she could hardly expaod the Red Cross to pay
transportation.
