Miss Florence M. Johnson, Secy.
Local Com. Red Cross Nursing Service,
315 Lexington Ave.,
New York City.
My dear Miss Johnson:
We recently received from you the #2
cards and 1931 questionnaires for the following nurses:
#34,225 Julia Catherine Lie Smith
# 3,396 Ida M. Oliver
Upon checking the addresses of these
nurses, however, we find that according to their 1931 question-
naires they are both still located in the territory of/the
Manhattan Committee and, therefore, we are returning their
#2 cards herewith to be replaced in your files. You will
note from the records we have made on the backs of their
#2 cards that Miss Smith gives 609 West 114th St., New York
City, as her present and probable address for the next year,
while Miss Oliver gives her permanent as well as her present
address as Pleasantville, New York. We feel sure you sent
these cards to us through oversight and will be glad to re-
place them in your files.
Very sincerely yours,
Clara D. Noyes,
National Director,
Red Cross Nursing Service
