My dear Mrs.King: Replying to your letter,requesting the qualifications of Miss Eva Smythe one of our enrolled Red Cross nurses. We are very glad to state that Mishadmythe basthad a very extensive experience under the American Red Cross in Public Health work both at home,in Europe and also in Siberia. All her efficiency reports state that the shows great, EXECUTIVE ABI ITY,does, VALUABLE WoRk,is,FAITHFUL,EFFICIENT, nd CAPABLE,GOOD ORGANIZER, PERSON LITY, BLUNT BUT NOT UNREFINED;KIND, COMMANDS RESPECT, In appearance, ALARGE WELL BUILT WOMAN?WORE HER UNIFORM WELL. I would like to add that I knew Miss Smythe personally while she was in St Etienne, France, gas I was a chief nurse in an adjoining city,she did a conspicuous work under discouraging circumstances was greatly respected by her personnel and loved by the French. As a nurse Miss Smythe is able to contiluate such valuable service to her profession,we are sincerely in hopes that her social service work will always be accomplished as a Public Health Nurse working as such under the direction of her profession.
