Dear Miss Hostetter: Miss Juliet Snyder, a greduate of the Children's Homoeopathic Hospital of Philadelphia, is an applicant for enrollment in the Red Cross Nursing Service. As Miss Snyder's experience has been particularly in Social Service Work, would you recommend her for assignment to Infant Welfare Work in France? I am sure you realize that we must have for this work women who are dignified, energetic and adaptable, in addi- tion to possessing good professional qualifications. Will you recommend Miss Snyder for this Work?
