McGovern, nurse, for reason\nof - A - as of Mey 31,1922.\n2. SALARY INFORMATION:\nSALARY IN SEBBIA\n$ 90\nSALARY IN U.S.\nNone\nTOTAL SALARY\n$ 90\nF.\n3. Is entitled to transportation to and in the UNITED STATES, to\nplace of recruiting - namely - MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin.\n4. Is entitled to salary and maintenance ( rate $1.66 per day) from\n(I\ndate of release until expiration of vacation, June 18,1922, which has boen\ngranted and PAID IN FULL.\n5. Is entitled to 14 days' salary and maintenance ( maintenance 40\nfrancs per day) from date of sailing, salary for the 14 days has BSEN PAID. Miss MoGovern has boon provided with all necessary passport visas,\ntransportation and wagon-lit ticket from Belgrade to Paris by Belgrado offico and\ntransportation from Paris to New York by the Amorican Expross Company, Paris, and\nshe will report to Amorican Expross Company, Paris, as instructed in Paragraph 6.\n9. llas been given 100 france for taxie and incidental expenses, 175 francs\nfor baggage and $12.50 for stemmer tips for which she is not required to give an\naccounting.\n10.
