McGovern, nurse, for reason of - A - as of Mey 31,1922. 2. SALARY INFORMATION: SALARY IN SEBBIA $ 90 SALARY IN U.S. None TOTAL SALARY $ 90 F. 3. Is entitled to transportation to and in the UNITED STATES, to place of recruiting - namely - MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin. 4. Is entitled to salary and maintenance ( rate $1.66 per day) from (I date of release until expiration of vacation, June 18,1922, which has boen granted and PAID IN FULL. 5. Is entitled to 14 days' salary and maintenance ( maintenance 40 francs per day) from date of sailing, salary for the 14 days has BSEN PAID. The maintenance for these 14 days amounting to 560 francs will be paid to lise MoGovern by American Express Company, Paris, on her accoptence of transportation. 6. Miss MeGovern's date of sailing is June 19,1922, but at her request and by direction of the CONDISSIONER a deforred sailing until Septembor 1,1922, without salary and maintenance after expiration of vacation has been granted. Therefore, she will roport to the Travel Department, American Express Company, Paris, (11, rue Scribe) for her transportation to Amorica ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 1,1922. 7. SALARY AND MAINTENANCE HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL to and incluiting date of release - May 31,1922, and dropped from the Serbien payroll as of - May 31, 1922. 8. Miss MoGovern has boon provided with all necessary passport visas, transportation and wagon-lit ticket from Belgrade to Paris by Belgrado offico and transportation from Paris to New York by the Amorican Expross Company, Paris, and she will report to Amorican Expross Company, Paris, as instructed in Paragraph 6. 9. llas been given 100 france for taxie and incidental expenses, 175 francs for baggage and $12.50 for stemmer tips for which she is not required to give an accounting. 10. On arrival in liew Yorl McGovern will report within 24 hours to our New York offico, 287 Fourth avenue for transportation to place of recruiting - namely - Wisconsin.
