The application for foreign service of the
following nurses enrolled in your Division have been
received by this office. May I request that you instruct
them to secure a copy of their birth certificates and havd
three (3) dozen photogruphs taken, the head size to be 1
by 3/4 inches with no hat on and that you send them in-
structions contained in Parugraph #9 of the Division Routine.
If these nurses cannot secure a copy of their
birth certificates they should secure an affidavit from some
member of their family older thon themselves, stating place
and date of birth. This they should retain to present to the
Clerk of the Court when making application for passport. They
should also send in affidavits concerning near male relatives
in the service.
