dear Miss Dixon:
We are returning herewith the No. 2 eard of Miss
Marjory Burns Storey, Badge #41,828. You advised us that she
is returning to the Visiting Nurse Association in Rochester
in May. When we requested this No. 2 card we did not realize
that Miss Storey was only in New York City for three months.
We regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
