FOR AMCROSS FROM DUNBAR AND GORDON
658. Send nurses Marjory Storey and Eleanor Mikkelsen at once.
Must be willing on arrival accept appointment Army Nurse Corps with
appointment to Public Health. Storey intended supervisor our public
health group replacing Phillips. Supply with Red Cross suit only.
If either nurse not available, send other alone. Should meet army
physical requirements but not delay by examination. Amcross
