Subject: Proficiency record on Miss Fara Sullivan. Date of arrival: April 17, 1942 Number of sick days to May 1, 1944 - 8 cold and general Date of departure aching of body. Personality Miss Sullivan has a very charming personality she is cultured, soft spoken and every inch a "Lady". She is emotionally stable - even disposition and nice to everyone . Qualifications: Miss Sullivan is a very capable nurse - she is a good surgical nurse - keeps supplies up very well. Now she is helping in the Drug and stock room and is doing a very nice job. She does not like bedside nursing and will do ahy- thing asked of her, if only she doesn't have to go on the wards. It is a pleasure to have Miss Sullivan - an ideal person for the Island situation. Health Record Urinalysis negative - Hemogloben has always her been hemoglobin around 90% dropped 4,400.000. Blood Last month R.B.C. to 75%. pressure 116/70 weight was 130 lbs, now 122 lbs. XRay upset chest because negative. her Miss friend "went under" and is Sullivan has been very she feels her loss of weight and hemogloben due to lack of appetite and being upset.
