My dear Miss Sullivan: We have been so happy to hear directly from Miss Tracy all about the Hawaii Unit and I must add that we have also been very proud of the way each one of you has met the many difficulties of the situation in which you found yourselves. The many government agencies involved in this project has made it difficult for us to give you a clear picture of what was hap ening of or situation to out up with and I know from what Miss Tracy has said you might very happen.
