Your letter of March 13th concerning Miss Tittman has been received.
In answer, may I say that it seems to me we are duplicating work as
Miss Tittman had already told us she preferred to have her records
left in this Division for the reason that her home is in Springfield,
Illinois; therefore, we did not think it necessary to communicate with
your office.
