from Mr. Loyd M. Hooper, regarding Miss Ethel Trainor who has
been waiting since November, 1917 to be called for Foreign
Service in an Orthepedic Hospital.
I am wondering if you are now able to let me know what
the situation is regarding Miss Trainor.
