To Miss Delano From Mr. Scott Subject On June 5th I referred to you letter and correspondence from Mr. Loyd M. Hooper, regarding Miss Ethel Trainor who has been waiting since November, 1917 to be called for Foreign Service in an Orthepedic Hospital. I am wondering if you are now able to let me know what the situation is regarding Miss Trainor.
