We are just in receipt of a communication from
Miss Mary L. Cole, Director of the Nursing Service of the Pacific
Division, requesting the transfer of Miss Daisy Dean Urch, #5981,
(Chicago, Illinois Local Committee) to her Division inasmuch as
Miss Urch is now Superintendent of nurses at the San Francisco
Hospital, San Francisco, California. We are advising Miss Cole
that we are referring herr request for transfer to your office
and she will no doubt receive the records of Miss Urch as soon
as it is possible for you to send them.
