We have been notified by the Department of
Personnel that Nora Caudell, badge No. 20426, is being
held up because she has not yet sent in the three affi-
davits concerning her near male relatives in the service.
We have been advised by the Department of
Personnel that it will be necessary for all Division
Directors to comply with the following request:
"Please see that from now on the carbon of the
letter sent to apllicants in accordance with Paragraph 9
of Division floutine. is forwarded to National Headquarters."
