She also acts as coordinator of caseworkess, who are volunteers, at
the Air Station. The Station's remote location causes numerous problems in
maintenance of communication between servicemen and their families in the U.S.
She provides individualized attention to each inquiry concerning the health
ahd welfare of servicemen stationed there. She personally interviews the
serviceman and helps the people to establish a satisfactory method of communi-
cation.

From graduation in 1956 to 1968, she held general staff
and charge nurse positions in medical-surgical - patient care areas in hospitals
