My dear Miss Warren:
This is in answer to your letter of January 18th. On
your application for enrollment in the Red Cross Nursing Service
you indicated your preference for assignment to the Navy Nurse
Corps and we have, therefore, referred your name to that office.
Inasmuch assignment
to Reserve Nurse and are still
service, we strongly advise that you follow
the Naval as you applied to Corps that office in June through 1941 eligible for by completing for such
your application for that service. will you not, therefore,
write to the Superintendent of the Navy Nurse Corps, Navy
Department, Washington, D.C., regarding the procedure for com-
pleting your application with that service.
