The bearer Miss Ruth C. Waterbury nurse,
who was released from the Army Nurse Corps on this side for
service with the Polish Commission, is being returned to
America upon the completion of her services. Miss Waterbury
reported to the Red Cross on February 25th, 1919, and has had
no leave.
