Miss Ruth Christians Waterbury, 25 Buckingham St., Cambridge, Mass. has given us your name as a reference concerning her public health nursing Miss Waterbury states that she was with the Red Cross Relief Commission to Poland, 1919, Supervising School Nurse and Field Representative, American Red Cross , 1920-1923, and Dimaster Relief Work, American Red Cross, April 1924. Will you be good enough to tell us of the character of her work, the length of her service, personal qualities which contributed to or detracted from the results of her work and any other particulars which will assist us in estimating her value as a health worker.
