My dear Miss Webb:
The Graduate Nurses' Association of Virginia
has just advised us of your willingness to continue service
on our Virginia State Committee on Red Cross Nursing Service
and recommends your resppointment.
Wie are very glad to know that you are available
for this service and take pleasure in informing you that you
are hereby reappointed a member of the Virginia State Committee
on Red Cross Nursing Service for the coming year. This reappoint-
ment is made in accordance with the rules governing our Committees
on Hed Cross Nursing Service as set forth in the enclosed pamphlet,
A.R.C. 710 and we would call your special attention to the para-
graphs regarding State Committees as found on pages five and six.
For your present information, we would state that
the officers of the Virginia State Committee are as follows:
