Form 876 which originated in the Atlantic
Division under date of April 18, 1922, has just been received
nt this office, advising us of the transfer of Miss Blanche
Franklin liebb from the l'anhattan, New York Local Committee to
the Southern Division.
Upon consulting our files, we find that
we have no record whatever of the previous transfer of this
nurse to the Manhattan Committee. Will you please advise us
the date of l'iss Webb's transfer to the l'anhattan Committee,
in order that this transfer may be recorded before we attempt
to make a record of the recent transfer from the Atlantic to
the Southern Division.
