Before our Red Cross physician can make a final decision
as to your physical fitness for Foreign Service, he has requested
more information concerning your medical history of pleurisy in 1936.
Will you please, therefore, get a statement from your
physician, the one who care you

were ill, the prognosis and his recommendation concerning your fitness
for a Foreign Service assignment.
We shall not be able to complete your appointment until
this has been submitted to our Red Cross medical advisor. Therefore,
we will appreciate receiving this just as soon as possible.
