August 18, 1932 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Miss Hattie 0. Wilson, enrolled Red Cross nurse, #21654, was assigned to foreign service during the war directly under the American Red Cross. She reported in Paris October 24, 1918 and was assigned to Base Hospital No. 82 where she served until January 20, 1919. On January 22, 1919 she was released to return to the United States because of the illness of her mother. Her efficiency report was rated as "good".
