You must be leaving your present position with upon a wonderful your feeling of satisfaction in knowing how much you have contributed to nursing during the busy ears in your chosen career. Our retired group of American Red Cross staff nurses are joy to be with. They all have so many projects going on, and participate in all of the community activities they have been wanting to do during then years on the job. They look younger than when they retired, and have a wonderful zest for living. I know that you, too, will be an important citizen wherever you elect to live. The American Red Cross is most appreciative of the continuing support you have given it over the years. One nice thing about participation in the American Red Cross is that one never needs to retire from voluntary participation in the organization's activities. We do hope that you will now have time to come and visit us. Be sure to let us know whenever you are in Washington as we would love to see you. The staff join me in a verbal orchid to you for being an inspiration and example of what apoofessional nurse should be.
