Therefore, we are pleased to\nherewith send you your appointment card and badge, No. HD 4396\nwhich are your credentials as a Red Cross nurse. Will you please acknowl-\nedge receipt of these credentials by return mail on the enclosed postal\ncard, giving your number for verification.\nPlease read the attached regulations concerning the wearing\nof the badge and be careful always to observe them.\nWe know that you will accept your enrollment in the Red Cross\nNursing Service as an opportunity to maintain high standards of nursing\ncare wherever nursing is needed under the American Red Cross.\nIt is important that you keep us informed of any change you\nmay make in your name or address, in order that we may be aware of your\nwhereabouts in event of an opportunity for service under the Red Cross.\nEach year an address questionnaire will be sent to you either\nby the Local Committee with which you are enrolled or National Headquar-\nters. This form should be filled in and promptly returned to the address\ngiven on the questionnaire.
