Vadum:
Your nomination as Acting Chief Nurse in the U.S. Public
Health Service has been recommended to the Department with com-
pensation at the rate of 1960 per annum, quarters, subsistence
and laundry, to be effective from the date of entrance upon
duty.
You are requested to proceed November 25, 1920, to U.S.
Public Health Service Hospital $54, Arrowhead Springs, Calif.,
and report to the Medical officer in Charge for duty as nurse.
While executing these orders, you should secure receipts
for all money paid out, to present with your travel account
for reimbursement.
By direction of the Surgeon General.
