the first 34 hours of the training course
Where is it worn?
On the upper left sleeve of the jumper blouse,
two inches below the shoulder seam
Cost: 15 cents (sleeve and cap patches together,
20 cents)
Obtained: By chapters through the administrator of
Volunteer Special Services in the area office,
on form 1906
