declare that it was bona fide his intention to become a
CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to
every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty, whatexer-and particularly to
Victoria
of
the In United Testimony Kingdom Whereof, of Great I, Amed Buitain and Weland Ransom of whom he is now a
subject.

have hereunto set my hand and Seal of the said Court, the day and year aforesaid.
