John D Park budge\nthe it Remembertà, That on the 11\"\nday of deplaration\nin the\nin said County of Litchfield, being an alien and a free white person,\nfifty six Patrick\nBritt\nyear of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and\nof banaeen\nappeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and\na Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the said\nPatrick britt\nthen exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the declaration of intention\nmade by him before the beunty bountfor daid country\nand required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled \"An Actto\nestablish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject.\"\nApproved 14th of April, 1802, as follows:\n4\nSTATE OF CONNECBICUT,\nCOUNTY OF Sitilifies\n}\nss.\nthe it Rememberrò That on the 21th\nday\nof October\nA. D. 195 2/before the\nCounty\nCourt, within and for said County,\nhaving Common Law jurisdiction, with a Clerk and a Seal, per-\nsonally appeared,\nL.S.\nPatrick Butt\nof banaa\nin said\nCounty, who was born in Kilkerms leu, decland\naged about 27\nyears, and on oath did declare that\nit was bona fide his intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE\nUNITED tate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to Nictoria\nSTATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prinee, Poten-\ngueen\nof the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject. In Testimony Where-\nof,\nI, knob D.,Deeman\nClerk of said Court, have hereunto set my\nhand, and Seal of the said Court, the day and year aforesaid.
