000 000 At Court, holden at Litchfield, in and for the County of Litchfield, in the State of Connecticut, on the Ly hundred and swengone Tuesday of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight bith PRESENT-HON. Ongine Separate Judger the it Remembered, That on the 250 day of Month in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and summons Patrich banall of wordling 608 in said County of Litehfield, being an alien and a free white person, appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and a Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a eitizen of the United States. And the said Patrich lamor then exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the declaration of intention made by him before banne thubbing thingis Counter the bity and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to establish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject." Approved 14th of April, 1802, as follows: STATE OF CONNECTICUT, but ss. COUNAYY OF Hotorday the it Remembered, That on the 3" day of Ahril A. D. the Geot bue 11660 Court, within and for said countrility strongly traving Common Law jarisdiction, with a Clerk and a Seal, per- L. S. sonally appeared, Patrich banall of Houdley in said County, who was born in Inland aged about -30810 years, and on oath did declare that it was bona fide his intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreigit Prince, Poten- tate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and partieularly to Fisteria Deciss bis of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject. In Testimony Where- of, hand, I, George of E.E. said Court, the Clerk of said Court, have hereunto set my and Seal the day and year aforesaid. bios will 16 George E. Torry Clerk. And it satisfaction of the Court, that said of gnivel has resided appearing to the within the United States five years at least, un mity avil and mitriw and in the State of Connectieut one year at least, and that during said five years he has behaved asla man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. batiol 1 hou And the said Datrich bane having declared on oath, that he would support the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, and that he did absolutely and entirely renounce land abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, land particularly to victoria Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he was before a subject. It was therefore considered by the Court, Pritich bamall be, and he was accordingly admitted to become a Citizen of the UNITED STATES.
