Push Juney\nthe it Rememberrd, That on the 30 the\nday of\nin the\nyear of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty on I'm Meanty\nof Gorhen\nin said County of Litehfield, being an alien and a free white person,\nappeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and\na Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the said\nthen exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the declaration of intention\nJune made by him newly before the Superior benn In\nCounty in the 12th day of march 1853\nand required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled \"An Actto\nestablish an uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject.\"\nApproved 14th of April, 1802, as follows:\nSTATE OF CONNECTICUT,\nCOUNTY OF Litchpical\n}\nss.\nthe it Remembered, That on the 12th\nday\nof march\nA. D. 185 3 before the\nSupperier Court, within and for said County,\nhaving Common Law jurisdiction, with a Clerk and a Seal, per-\nsonally appeared,\nL.S.\nJohn Mecentry\nof Gosheun\nin said\nCounty, who was born in Land lo. Indenned\naged about 3 5 Ingo years, and on oath did declare that\nit was bona fide his intention to become a CITIZEN OF THE\nUNITED STATES, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Poten-\ntate, State and Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to Victoria Succen\nof the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he is now a subject. In Testimony Where-\nof, I, Furnich Lo. Buman\nClerk of said Court, have hereunto set my\nhand, and Seal of the said Court, the day and year aforesaid.\nmill\nle\nand\nLud wich Lo. Buman\nClerk.\nAnd it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court, that said In Hearty\nresided\nwithin the United States five years at least,\nnill\nmidriw\nand in the State of Connectient one year at least, and that during said five years\nhe has behaved as à man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the\nUnited States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. llaw\nbatiol\n1\nAnd the said Jerm Healty\nhaving declared on oath, that he would support\nthe CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, and that he did absolutely and entirely renounce\nand abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and\nparticularly to victoria Queen\nof the United Kingdom of\nGreat Britain and Ireland, of whom he was before a subject. It was therefore considered by the Court,\nthat Jenu recenty\nbe, and he was accordingly admitted\nto become a Citizen of the UNITED STATES.\nlo"
