COUNTY OF HARTFORD.

330 it That Barnard Seary
of Heartford in said County of Hartford, but late of the
United
Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, appeared before the County
Court for said County of Hartford, held at Hartford, in said County, on the
turnityfifthing of March
in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and forty the said Court being a Court of Record, having
Common Law jurisdiction, and a Clerk, and Seal, and declared on oath in open
Court, that it was bonafide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and
or Sovereignly whaterer, and particularly to Nitria Deen
to renowne forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentale, Staie,
of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland.
IN TESTIMONY WHERLOT I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed the Seal of said County
Court this turn ty fifth day of
March in the year of our Lord,
one thousand eight hundred and forty.
