COUNTY OF HARTFORD.
ss.
it remembered, That
dames P. Binn
of Sinusbury
in said County of Hartford, but late of the United
Kengdom of Great Britain and Freland, appeared before the Supervisor or
Court for said County of Hartford, held. at Harrford, in said County, on the
31st day of March
in the year of our Lord one thousand
cight hundred two , the said Court being a Court of Puecord, having
Common Law jurisdiction, and a Clerk, and Seal, and declared on oath in open
Court, that it war bonafide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and
to remowne forever all ablegiance and fidelity to any foreign Frince, Potentale, State,
or Govereignty whatever, and particularly to Victoria, queen
of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland.
IN TRSTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand
and afficed the Peal of
March in the year of our Lord,
Court this Chirty effirst day of
one thousand eight hundred two
