That he was born at Harold brass, in the commend by of
Dublin, Prelandl
on or about the fifteenth day of April
in the year of our Lord
and is now-about
Eighteen
hundied and Hirteen
twenty mine years of age; that he avived at Burlington
in the United States of America, on or about the Fourteenth
day of
in the year of our Lord Eighteen
hundred and thirty there ; that it then was, and still is his lona fide intention
to become a Citizen of the United Prates of America, and to renounce forever all alle
giana and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Piate, Pototentate, and Govereignty whatsover,
more especially'te Nictoria Quen of the limited Kingerom
of Gual Britain and Ireland
whose subject le lias heretifore leen. He therefore prayed, that his said Delaration and in=
tention might become a reccid of said Court, agreably to the laws in case made and pio=
vided. "Phereupon the Declaration of the said stohn
is admitted to beceme a record of said Court, accordingly

hand, and affixed the seal of said Court,
