THAT Michael Clary aged 26 years born
in tipherary le. atreland, now residing in
albany
appeared in the Busticess Sourt, on the fourteeneth day
of scruary in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
forty= fine (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law
Jurisdiction, and a Clerk and Seal, and declared ON OATH, in ofen Court,
that it was lona fide his intention to become a Sitizen of the sknites tates,
and to renounce, forever, all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Po=
tentate, Piate or Govereignty, whatsoever; and particularly to the Queen
of great Britam
Bn Cestimony the SEAL of the said ALBANY JUSTICES'
COURT is hereunto afficed, this fountaenth day of February
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty fine and
of our Independence the fixty-minth
