55 APPLICANT'S OATH TO SUPPORT THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES. STATE OF CONNECTICUT, MIDDLESEX COUNTY. Before the Superior Court in and for said County. I, same Z. Tobaco the above-named applicant, do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United States, and that it is now, and for two years, last past, has been my bona fide intention to become a citizen of the United States and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state or sovereignty, and particularly to Aichalas 2nd. Cempered of Russia of whom I have heretofore been a subject; and that I do now Pabsolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign prince, potentate, state or sovereignty, and particularly to of whom I have heretofore been a subject. So hélp me God. Acholas 2nd. Emperor of Russia Sworn in Court this 11th open day of October 19014 Applicant. Frederic Turnal. avoit , Clerk. ORDER. At a Superior Court of the State of Connecticut, held at Middletown, within and for the County of Middlesex, in said State, on the 11th day of October 1904,said Court being a court of record, having common law jurisdiction, and a seal and clerk. PRESENT, HON. Edwin B: Gager JUDGE. In the Matter of the Application of Same J Toluco of m adetown in said County to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. Said applicant having appeared before this Court and declared on oath, and proved to the satisfaction of this Court, that it is and for more than two years, last past, has been his bona fide intention to become a citizen of the United States and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state or sovereignty, and particularly to Michalas 2nd. Empower of Russian of whom he was before a subject; and it appearing to the satisfaction of this Court that said applicant has resided continuously within the United States five years at least, last past, and three years next preceding his arriving at the age of twenty-one years, to wit, next preceding the 15th - day of Sept. five years he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of go2 and continuously within this State one year at least, last past, and that during said the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same; and it appearing to this Court, and is neither a member of nor affiliated with any organization entertaining and teaching such disbelief in upon careful inquiry, that the applicant does not disbelieve in and is not opposed to all organized government, or of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of of his opposition to all organized government, and neither advocates nor teaches the duty, necessity, or propriety officers their official character, and has not violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress, entitled Court having Act generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because 'An or to regulate the immigration of aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903; and this caused to be entered of record the affidavits of said applicant and of his witness so far as applicable, reciting that and affirming the truth of every material fact requisite for naturalization; and it appearing to this before Court this Court that he would support the Constitution of the United States, and that he did absolutely entirely and said affidavits have been duly made and recorded; and the said applicant having declared on oath and renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, particularly to Nichalaslud. Euperor of Russia of whom he was before a subject; it is therefore ORDERED, that the said applicant be and he is hereby admitted to become a citizen of the United States.
