Painter By occupation Jacob Feinsteirs being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-hamed applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of Ameriça: that he was born in Vussin on or about the 15th day of Septemation in the year one thousand eight hundred and Revulydeope and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of in the State of Kevyork on or, about the 16 day of may A. D. and that he now resides at No nitonch Street, in that he has arrived at the age of twenty-on years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since may gov and that said applicant may 900 and continuously within the State of Connectieut since did on the nst of august qov, beforeabhe supresses Couch day stale of Therefore any declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjute all allegiance to foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor a is he member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all or- ganized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Samuel Gelman being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. 270 Cherry Street, in Walubury State of Connecticut, and is by occupation Phormaker that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-nanted applicant for admission to citizenship of thensaid United States, and has known the Fur of years, to wit, from July 901, to e bim for past 906 that his occupation is that of Pauler and that he resides at No ni North Street, in Walubuy that he personally knows that the applicant has resided coptinuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of Ameriga since July 19.07 and continuoasly within residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, State of Connecticut since may that during the said time of his attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.
