D. 1889 and that he now resides at No 11086 mam Street, in Witubury that he has arrivedhat the age of twenty-one years; that October he has resided continuously within the United States since 889 and continuously within the State of Connectieu since October 889 and that said applicant did on the 75 day of Sephinbor 903 before the Districh declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, identical etc., as appears named by the therein. certificate Applicant of the Clerk further of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the person deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all or- ganized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," March's, 1903. Wallace Robuts. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. Colosepech Street, in Uritubury State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a. as he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted known him for the past § Drowleen years, to wit. from October with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has 1 889 to deplimber that his occupation is that of Wood Jurner and that he resides at No 11086 mark Street, in Walubuy that he personally knows that the applicant has resided contimuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since. Cclober 1889 and continuously within residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man OI good moral character, State of Connecticut since October 1809 and that during the said time of his attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve en- in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization teach, tertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or dividuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, theduty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific in- because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entited An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
