That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not en- to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good disbelieve in happiness nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any advocate organization or teach, tertaining or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either in- or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he of specific dividuals because theduty, of necessity, or his of or officers their generally, character, other the Act organized of 1903.
