By occupation Louis sevine being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the abone-named applicant for admission as a Citizen lithe United States of America; that he was born Russia on or about the 14th in day of january in the year one thousand eight new bundred york and seventy never emigrated to the United States, first landing at the Port of in the State ofl on or about the day of grow AD. and that he now resides at No DO cound Hill Street, in watering that he has arrived at the age of twenty- -one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since june time 400 and continuously within e State of Connecticus since did on the main 99.1 and that said applicant -9 day of 1902 before the declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure allegiange to any the District court of all foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a mem- ber of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
