By occupation, Seguester. / John baily being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the Above named applicant for admission as a United States of America; that he was Christon on about the Citizeni termino in the year born in or day of one thousand eight hundred and and to the United States, at the of D. 1809 and that he now resides at No la look Port in the State of york on grabont the day in waterbull Street, that he has arriged ate the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuomsly within the United States since apul apul 1 continuously within State of Connegtreut since 889 :99 and did on thedreind the day Coustop Walietuny 90000 before the shorch and that said applicant declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjuré all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a mem- ber of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. No. 13 Peole Street, in Walebury State of Connecticut, a being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at and is by occupation a Rabory that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally known tol him for the past A occupation years, to wit: From: Framsler cycul acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of theysaid United States, and has 1900 that his is that of and that he resides at No 13 leoke Street, in Walnbury that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since 1900 and continuously within State of Connecticut since 1 that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happinees of the same.
