92 APLURIBUS ADULTS. United States of America. District Court of Waterbury, within and for the District of Waterbury, in the County of New Haven, State of Connecticut. OF To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation Victor essay mason being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States let of America; that he was born in the Pency thousand landing eight Hundred and Sifty in the State fun of my 19 emigrated on or about the day of in the year one and to the United States, at the of B2C Port of my A D. 1 888 and that he now resides at No 29 on or about_the day Street, in mentury that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since, 1888 and continuously within the State of Connecticyt many since June 1898 and that said applicant did on the 28 day of 1904 before the whit Count minuthing declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a mem- ber of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Luddan C mentai Clerk. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No Whinion Street, in Waterbary State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a mill worker that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named appligant for admission to citizenship of the Oct said United States, and has knownhim for the past Six teen years, to wit: From 1890 to lift 1906 that, his occupation is that of mason and that he resides at No 2/2 linion Street, in Unterbany that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since and continuously within State of Connecticut since June 888 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happinees of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization en- tertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach, the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
