93 APLURIBUS ADULTS. United States of America. District Court of Waterbury, within and for the District of Waterbury, in the County of New Haven, State of Connecticut. APPLICATION OF Maginer laborat Dubanstes To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America; that he was born in thousand of Rort of eight, in the State of and emigrated on to or the about United States, landing at Street, day the Kussie A 174 D. on 1899 or about and the that ty he now resides day at of No in the year march one hundred and in Waterbary that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since SEC continuously within the State of Connecticut since Sept 1899 and 1901 and that said applicant did on the 2 day of Seht Conn 1904 before the restrict Court declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a mem- ber of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903, Sworn to before this 25 day of. Sept 19 or me, Kazema Dubaurtioes Applicant. Egnay Dwilack Clerk. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at Qo. 36 S Leonard Street, in Watering State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission years, to to citizenship wit: From of the paid United States, and 1901 has known him for the past to Hept 1906 that his occupation is that of and that he resides at No graher air Street, in Waterling that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since fast ile 1901 and continuously within State of Connecticut since Sept 1901 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happinees of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization en- tertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach, the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
