94 APLURIBUS ADULTS. United States of America. District Court of Waterbury, within and for the District of Waterbury, in the County of New Haven, State of Connecticut. OF To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation shirt hand michaelphant applicant for admission as being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he in is Include the above-named a Citizen of the United States of America that he was born on or about the 20 day of nor in the year one thousand eight hundred and Eighty me and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of newy in the State of newyork on or about the 28 day of Sept A. D. 1.849, and that he now resides at No 4mattaenck Street, in materlary that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since sept 1.599 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since sept 1899 and that said applicant did on the 11 see day of 1,903 before the District Count of Matering declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all or- ganized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to before me, this 25 Aday ofa Reft 1906 himport Broot Clerk. Michael I Grout Applicant. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No 4multature Street, in watering State of Connecticut, and is by occupation seal stude agt that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known hima for the past from years, to wit. from Sept 1899 to Sept 1946 that his occupation is that of what hand and that he resides at No. 4 manban Street, in natesing that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of Ameriça since Sept 1899 and continuously within State of Connecticut since. Sept residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, 199 and that during the said time of his attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization en- tertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach, in- the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawiu assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific dividuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entited An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
