APPIICAION OF albut nstiters To be Admitted a Citizen hongeman of the United States of America. By occupation albert N. Peterson being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America; that he was born in shorden on or about the 11 day of august in the year one thousand eight hundred and Port of ita 69 in 1890 the State of day and emigrated on to or the aboat United the States, 28 landing at the of may D. and that he now resides at No 11 Cossett day A in Waterbury Street, that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that C he has resided continuously within the United States since, may 1840 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since- did on the 3 day of get may new Bortain Conn. 189 before the >and that said applicant 1890 Can declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a mem- ber of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to before me, this 26 day day of. Sept 19. Suilad Root Allari N Pitterson Ayrl Larsond Applicant. Clerk. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No 11 Cosset Street, in a press hand that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally ninterling State of Connecticut, and is by occupation acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past mine years, to wit: From to Light 906 that this occupation is that of sept 1.847 and that he resides at No 11 Cosidt Street, in matestary that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since Rent 1897 1897 during continuously and within State of Connecticut since and that the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happinees of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization en- tertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach, the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized govern- ment, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
