APPLICATION OF Sinsisper antonis massari To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. Labrer By occupation Sinsepire Antonio Massari being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the abowe named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America; that he was born in stady on or about the 23 1873 day of august in the year one th d and emigrated to the UnNed States, landing at the Port of of april your A, D. in 1 896 the State and of that he new now york ldes at No on or west about the. side list Street, day in watering that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within Qthe United States since april april 896 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since 896 and that said applicant did on the 16 the day of the B scrick court of wathering June 103 befgre the declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all or- ganized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Applicant. games Cakua being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. 45 French Street, in Waterbay State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a Shoemaker that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known hirb fornthe mast nine years, to wit. from august 896 to september 1905 that his occupation is that of Laterer and that he resides at No wire side still Street, in watering that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since august 896 and continuously within State of Connecticut since august 896 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of grood moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization en- tertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach, theduty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawlul assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific in- dividuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entited " An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
