D. in 891 the State and of that he now York resides at No on or T. abou vine the and sifty light and emigrated to the United States, langing at the in the year one thousand eight hundred and Port of day of Street, in watering that he has arrivedsat the Age of (twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously wilhin the United States sunce march april 1901 891 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since 903 and that said applicant did on the 17th of June the subreme Court of the the of new York. the first judical Sistract 901 befone the declare his intention to become a cittzen of the United Dates and enounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all or- ganized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903, Sworn to before me, this 3 of. 1906 day sumford Froot Clerk. april Louis d Tranberg Applicang Isadve a combines being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No 9. Vine Street, in withburge State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a .that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him, for the past Fifteen years, to wit. from april to april that his occupation is that of 89 balli and that he resides at No the Street, in williams that he personally knows that the applicant has resided within the limits and under the juris- diction of the United States of America since march april 1901 891 and continuously within State of Connecticut since 903 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.
