To be Admitted a Citizen Rubber Worker of the United States of America. By occupation Watthew Breen being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States, of America: ; that he was born in Ireland on or about the, 15 day of, thowsard 869 august in the year owe and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of, June new York in the State of new your on or about the, that day of, A. D, 891 and that he nowUresides at No 231. Rubber are Street, in Nangatier that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years that he has resided continuously within the United States since June 891 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since did on the January 900 June 1 892 and that said applicant 3a day of before the declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure Alegiance to any foreign The District Court of materiary all Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here and said he is the identical person says. that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a or with produced, applicant says named therein. Rutheware Street, in Rubberooks that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquaint- nangatich State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a ed with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past seven years, to wit, from march. 20- 1 896 to april 231, Rubber ave 190-4 that his occupation is that of, Rubbar nother and that he resides at No Street, in that he personally knows that the applicant has gresided continuously within the limits and under the juris- nangshick diction of the United States of America sinte, fune man.20. 896 and continuously within State of Connecticut since, march 1 896 and that during. the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such dis- belief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unla wful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generálly, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliensinto the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
